Amber Sawyer has been a dedicated part of the Champions for Charity community since 2019. In the event’s inaugural year, she supported the Red Team as both a sparring partner and warm-up coach. She continued her impact in 2024 as a supporting coach for the Red Team, and in 2025 stepped into a neutral coaching role—lending her expertise to both the Red and Blue teams.

Amber has been a member of the SydFit community since 2008, beginning her journey as a recreational boxer before advancing into competitive boxing, earning the title of two-time Golden Gloves Champion. Her passion for the sport evolved naturally into coaching, where she brings experience, technical understanding, and a calm, steady leadership style to every athlete she supports.

Balancing her commitment to Champs with her kids’ busy soccer schedule, Amber remains a valued cornerstone of the community—continuing to help shape fighters inside and outside the ring.
